Bootcamp and Personal Training is for men and women of all ages, all levels of fitness and provides a Total Body Workout. Each session is one hour and combines:
- Circuit training
- Body sculpting & weight training
- Core strengthening & Pilates
- Hand-to-Hand Cardio Combat, boxing & kickboxing
- Spinning, running, power walking
- Plyometrics & obstacle training
