Bootcamp and Personal Training is for men and women of all ages, all levels of fitness and provides a Total Body Workout. Each session is one hour and combines:

  • Circuit training
  • Body sculpting & weight training
  • Core strengthening & Pilates
  • Hand-to-Hand Cardio Combat, boxing & kickboxing
  • Spinning, running, power walking
  • Plyometrics & obstacle training
